The smaller SCANRAY one thousand twenty-five F option is ideal for six to twelve inch (one hundred fifty to three hundred millimeter) annular welds, while the SCANRAY one thousand forty-three F system will boost the control speed for twelve to twenty inch (three hundred to five hundred millimeter) pipes.
• The system fully meets ISO, ASTM, and ASME standards requirements and provides images of the highest quality.
• Thanks to its flexibility, the detecting unit can be bent on pipes from six inches (which is one hundred fifty millimeters) in diameter. Inspecting smaller diameter objects is also possible with the detector in an unbent position, such as with DWDI or DWSI configurations. This provides a solution suitable for a wide range of industrial pipes.
• A unique universal protection case supplied with the regular delivery set guarantees the safety of the detector from mechanical impacts even in severe on-site conditions. Our equipment is designed to excel in real life, not only in ideal conditions of clean laboratories.
• An elaborated design with a separate control block containing major electronics, battery, and Wi-Fi unit allows minimizing the thickness of the bendable detector, providing the possibility to use the system in a very narrow space.
